If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $210/week plus tax.
 
Energy usage will be charged with $0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax. Gas usage will be charged at the current rate.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.

Vacation Rental Insurance is purchased as an addition to your accommodations at a nominal 7.25% of your total. That’s less than sales tax in many places!
