Villa CC Paradise features Gulf access in a quiet neighborhood in the desirable southwest area of Cape Coral.   Enjoy Florida waterfront living in this 1,567 sq. ft. open-concept villa with living room, kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two large TVs, and high-speed internet.   The patio is equipped with outdoor seating and lounge chairs, dining furniture, grill, heated pool and spa.  There is also a waterside deck table and seating, as well as a covered boat lift.   A variety of dining and shopping options are within easy driving distance, including the fishing village of Matlacha and its many waterfront restaurants and shops featuring local artists, as well as Cape Harbour and its full-service marina and upscale shops and restaurants.  Everyday shopping needs -- groceries, pharmacy, postal services, etc. -- are also within easy driving distance.

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $175/week plus tax.
 
An energy allowance of $25.00 is included per week. Additional usage will be charged with $0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.
