Villa Sunset features Gulf access, spectacular sunsets, expansive canal views, and a location in the most desirable area of Cape Coral.   A western-exposure 1800 sq. ft. pool home, Villa Sunset offers open-concept living with living room, kitchen with counter seating, and dining area, as well as three bedrooms (K/Q/Q), two bathrooms, pool table, high-speed internet, and flat-screen TVs.  Relax outdoors with patio dining for six, lounge chairs, a separate sitting area, grill, and an electrically heated pool.  There is also a dock and boat lift.  Other amenities include bicycles and kayaks.  Cape Harbour and its full-service marina and upscale shops and restaurants is less than two miles away.  Everyday shopping venues -- groceries, pharmacy, postal services, etc. -- are also less than two miles away.  Cape Coral beach and many other dining and shopping options are within easy driving distance.

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $175/week plus tax.

An energy allowance of $25.00 is included per week. Additional usage will be charged with $0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.
