Villa Lena, located in the desirable SE with quick Sailboat Access (no bridges) to the Gulf of Mexico, features western exposure guaranteeing for those beautiful Floridian sunsets. Contemporary in design and furnishings, this new construction 2793 sq. ft. villa offers a great room concept with a living room that opens to the patio, a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating and separate dining area, one master suite (K), two guest bedrooms (K/Q), two full bathrooms and one half  bathroom accessible from the pool area, as well as a den/office.  All bedrooms have large Flat Screen Smart TVs, and there is high-speed internet throughout the house. Villa Lena also features a large boat dock with boat lift available for guests to use and is conveniently located close to Downtown Cape Coral with numerous dining options as well as the Yacht Club area with the Cape Coral beach. Everyday shopping venues -- groceries, pharmacy, postal services, etc. -- are available within easy driving distance. Cross the bridge to Fort Myers within minutes.

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $175/week plus tax.
 
Energy usage will be charged with $0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.
